For children from 3 to 6 years of age

• PRESCHOOL-AGE DEVELOPMENTAL SCREENINGS and preschool-age family service coordination. Developmental, hearing, vision and social-emotional screenings to assist in the identification of developmental delays in preschool age children. Children and families receive service coordination to assist them in finding specialized services. (ages 3 to 6)

• LINK AGE WITH SCHOOL DISTRICT PROGRAMS for families of preschool-age children with special needs. (ages 3 to 6)

• SPARK-SUPPORTING PARTNERSHIPS TO ASSURE READY KIDS is a family focused intervention program helping children to get ready for school by building reading, language and social skills. This program seeks to create a seamless transition into school for children who turn 4 years old by September 30th of each year. (age 4)
