School Aged Child Care Fall 2012-2013 Registration

ATTENTION PARENTS:
We are enrolling children for our fall 2012-13 before and after care programs in the Pickerington and Whitehall school districts. A $45.00 registration fee for one child or $65.00 for two or more children is due at time of registration. If you have a full facility membership to the YMCA then the registration fee is waived. Also enrollment paperwork will be required to be filled out at the registration or can be done online at http://www.ymcacolumbus.org/childcare Click. on the tab for youth development then click on childcare.

All CURRENTLY enrolled participants may register on the dates listed below. Registration for current participants will take place at your child’s elementary school where they attend the YMCA before and after care program
May 1st, 7th and 9th between 5:30-6:30 PM

All NEW participants interested in enrolling in our before and after care programs must come to the registration dates at times listed below. All registrations for NEW participants will take place at the Jerry L. Garver YMCA in the gymnasium.
Saturday May 19th 11:00 AM-1:00 PM
Monday May 21st 4:30-6:30 PM
Wednesday May 23rd 4:30-6:30 PM
