Slate Run Tram Ride

Description: Let's meet at the Buzzard's Roost Picnic Area at Slate Run State Park for a Tram ride so we can look for signs of fall. We will leave the branch at 11:45am

Parents Night Out

Time: 4:00pm –9:00pm
Description: Would you like to have some free time on a Saturday night? Bring your kids to our Parent's Night Out Program! While you enjoy a fun-filled evening, your kids will enjoy a night of games, crafts, swimming, movies, friends and pizza.
For ages 3-12. All children must be potty trained. Children must be 6 yr olds to swim.
Price:
1st child: $15 Metro/ $20 Program
Siblings: $12 Metro/ $18 Program.
You must register by 9/18/08 by 10pm. There must be a minimum of 15 children register to run the event.

5th Annual Touch a Truck and Car Seat Safety Check
Date: 10/18/08
Time: 10:00am –12:00pm
Description: Your child will be able to get up close and personal with vehicles that they usually see only from a distance. This program is geared for preschoolers.
Also, for the first time we will be hosting a car seat safety inspection conducted by the Columbus Public Health. This event is co-sponsored by the Mom's Club of Grove City and Chick-Fil-A. Come and make sure your child's car seat is properly installed!

Historical Covered Bridge Tour

Description: Spend the day with us while we go to visit Fairfield County. We will visit the Ohio Glass Museum, Sherman House Museum, have lunch at Shaw's Resturant and get a private covered bridge tour by Dave Fey.

CPR
Date: 11/16/08
Time: 9:00am –1:00pm
Description: The American Heart Association Heartsaver AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) course teaches the basic techniques of adult, child, and infant CPR and how to use an AED. Participants will also learn about using barrier devices in CPR and giving first aid for choking. The course will also teach how to recognize the signs of four major emergencies: heart attack, stroke, cardiac arrest, and foreign-body airway obstruction. Register with member services
