The Ingram Center is the perfect setting for business meetings, wedding receptions and holiday parties. The facility is handicap accessible, has a kitchenette (with a refrigerator, microwave and sink), carpet and ceramic tile floors, tables, chairs, restrooms, gas heat and central air conditioning. Saturday, Sunday, (Holidays) 8:00 am -12:00 am $135 per hour

Optimist Lodge

There is tent space near the Optimist Lodge for larger events. We can suggest tent vendors.

The Optimist Lodge is a rustic setting, perfect for casual events of all kinds. This barn offers a stage, wood-burning fireplace, restrooms, a sink, counter area, two decks and a whole lot of charm! Capacity: 80-100 seated on benches  
Our Gazebo is surrounded by trees and offers bench seating. It is a charming setting for outdoor weddings.

2 hours free during Optimist or Ingram rental time

Right Angle Cabin or Back Home Cabin 
Capacity: 15
The Right Angle Cabin is great for small parties, youth retreats and informal meetings. This rustic setting has water, heat, electricity, a sink, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dining room and a wood-burning fireplace.

The Back Home Cabin is great for the getting ready spot . This cabin can be used seasonally and has air conditioning. Check with staff when considering using.
 

Sunday-Thursday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm $25 per hour
Friday, Saturday, (Holidays) 8:00 am -10:00 pm $25 per hour

Shelter One tables & chairs: 14 8-ft picnic tables, 2 10-ft banquet tables (no benches)
Shelter One is our largest shelter and features electricity, running water, a large charcoal grill and picnic tables. It is located near the children’s playground and restrooms.

Shelter Four tables & chairs: 12 8-ft picnic tables
Shelter Four is our second largest shelter. It has electricity and picnic tables. It is adjacent to an open field, fire circle and the climbing wall.
 

Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm $40 per hour
Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Holidays) 8:00 am - 10:00pm $75 per hour

Discounts

The discount is on the rental rate. Rental rate is the actual hours for the facility you are renting. It does not include security deposit or Facility Assistant fees.

Additional information

FACILITY ASSISTANT ON PREMISES THE ENTIRE TIME OF THE CONTRACT

Required to hold your date: Completed contract and 50% of total fee. This is non-refundable and balance is due one month prior to your event.

Due one month before rental: Full amount

All rentals: minimum 2 hours

Option to decorate on Friday evening for a Saturday wedding: $200. Parties can choose which 2-hour  time slot they wish to utilize between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm.

Rental Hours: Must include your set up the day of,  which includes any deliveries and clean up time after your event.  Clean up being that all the decorations are down, trash pulled and set aside. Chairs are put away on the stage in Optimist and stacked along the wall in Ingram.  Tables can be left up.  Any undue clean up will be  taken from your  security deposit.

Security Deposit: Is refundable only after your event  in (2-4 wks), granted that you followed the rules and regulations of the contract.  A portion of or  all of you security deposit may be donated to Campership Scholarship Program.  Ask a staff member for more details.
