Safe Sitter Rescheduled April 10
Description: The safe sitter class that was to be held on Feb. 6 has been rescheduled for April 10. There is room available for new registrations.

Lifeguard Class Mar 30 - Apr 22
Description: American Red Cross Lifeguard training will meet every Tues & Thurs evenings, 6-10pm. Participants must be 15 yrs old by the last day of class. Registration must be completed by March 29. $175/Metro members; $225/Non members

Description: Join us for 4 hours of fun & exercise (8am-12pm). The cost is only $10 which will benefit out Just One Campaign. You can sign up for many different classes including Crazy circuit, BOSU, Awesome Abs; and many more. ALL REGULAR GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES ARE CANCELLED FOR THIS EVENT!!!

Description: Get ready to test
your power and
speed!
The YMCA Press and Run/Walk will test your overall fitness by measuring strength and endurance. Competitors bench a percentage of their body weight, followed by a 5K Run/Walk at the Liberty Park. You can also
choose to run or walk
the 5K.
