Tai Chi

Tang Soo Do
This martial art traces its lineage back 2,000 years to the Korean peninsula and is a method of empty hand and foot fighting based on scientific use of the body.  The three goals of Tang Soo Do are self-defense, physical health and self-improvement. We offer Tang Soo Do classes for preschool ages and above.

Tae Kwon Do
This Korean art which uses hands and feet as a means of practical self-defense is recognized as the national sport of Korea as well as an Olympic sport. Stay active, cultivate discipline and push yourself with this martial arts practice.
