Muscle Conditioning
Intimidated by the weight room? Or want to find new ways to get stronger? This class will help you strengthen and condition your muscles using a variety of fitness equipment paired with traditional exercises

Low Impact Strength and Core
This is a full body strengthening class typically comprised of dumbbells and mats, but sometimes also spiced up with resistance bands, kettlebells, step benches, etc. This class often serves as a great option for active older adults, people who are recovering from injuries, or anyone who is newer to strength training!

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. 

This class offers body sculpting exercises, a fusion of traditional ballet movements and targeted muscle toning progressions. Using resistance bands and body weight, you challenge your body with controlled movements. Ballet exercises combined with Pilates create the long, lean muscles. It will help you develop muscle awareness and improve your posture.

Step and Strength
Back to basics with a fun choreographed step routine paired with strength exercises to tone your entire body!

TRX Bootcamp
Work in circuit with TRX suspension straps and other equipment for a cross training workout so intense you need to trainers to get you through it!

BOOM Muscle
There’s never a dull moment in this action-packed workout, which features athletic moves taken from your favorite sports like golf and tennis.
