Types of classes we offer
This class will center the self, stretch and strengthen the body, and calm the mind. Strength training, cardiovascular conditioning and flexibility are combined using traditional yoga postures. Beneficial for all fitness levels!

Deep Stretch and Relax Yoga
In this slow paced class, we will stretch our connective tissues through various seated and reclining poses held for up to 5 minutes. We will end the class in various restorative poses to calm and ground the mind.

Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement.
