This is a “create your own bootcamp” workout! Each set will start with an assigned exercise followed by 2 different exercises that you can choose between! 

Set 1
Jumping jacks, 40 reps
AND
Squats, 20 reps
OR
Windmills, 20 reps (10 each side)

Set 2
Crunches, 30 reps
AND
Tricep dips, 20 reps
OR
Bottom half burpees, 15 reps

Set 3
Pogo jumps, 40 reps
AND
Mountain climbers, 40 reps
OR
High knees, 30 reps

Set 4
Pogo jumps, 40 reps
AND
Mountain climbers, 40 reps
OR
Jump lunges, 30 reps

Set 5
Push-ups, 20 reps
AND
Gorilla squats, 20 reps
OR
Curtsey lunges, 20 reps (10 each side)

Set 6
Plack jacks, 20 reps
AND
Sumo squats, 15 reps
OR
Backward stepping lunges, 20 reps (10 each side)

Set 7
10 burpees
