  • Alternating backward stepping lunges
  • Rotating side planks
  • Jump squats
  • Push-ups
  • Burpees

Repeat

Circuit #2 | 10 reps each

  • Alternating curtsey lunges
  • Renegade row
  • Sumo squats
  • Surrenders
  • Froggers

Repeat

Circuit #3 | 10 reps each

  • Lunge to knee
  • High to low plank
    Squat pulses
  • Tricep dips
  • Power skis
