Family Workout | #6

Take turns drawing a card from a deck of cards and doing the exercise as a group that corresponds with that card.

Rules | Numbers
The number on the card = the number of reps that you do

  • Jacks = 11 reps
  • Queen = 12 reps
  • King = 13 reps
  • Ace = 14 reps
     

Rules | Suits

  • Clubs = crunches
  • Spades = push-ups
  • Hearts = squats
  • Diamonds = jumping jacks
     

Rules | Game options

  • Either the person that pulls the card can do the exercise on the card or your family can do the exercise as a group each time a card is pulled. The full workout means making it through the full deck!
