A.B.C. circuit- each circuit has a 10 minute time cap, try to complete all reps in each exercise as fast as you can before moving on to the next. Once complete, rest for 90 seconds before attempting the next.

Circuit A
Crab walks, 50 reps
Jumping jacks, 100 reps
Plank, 100 seconds
90s recovery

Circuit B
Knee ins, 50 reps
High knees, 100 reps
Hollow body hold, 60s
90s recovery

Circuit C
Mountain climbers, 50 reps
Backward stepping lunges, 100 reps
Knee push-ups, 60s

90s recovery
