Taking the first steps to address being at risk is significant and the Y is here to support you. Lifestyle change is key and this includes eating healthier, increasing physical activity and losing a small amount of weight, 7%. The year-long program will support you in the journey as you make small changes that have a great impact. For 86 million Americans with prediabetes the YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention program provides a supportive evidenced based community based option.
