Low Impact

Types of classes we offer

Barre
This class offers body sculpting exercises, a fusion of traditional ballet movements and targeted muscle toning progressions. Using resistance bands and body weight, you challenge your body with controlled movements. Ballet exercises combined with Pilates create the long, lean muscles. It will help you develop muscle awareness and improve your posture.

Pilates
Pilates is a mat-based, full-body experience focused on the principles of core muscular strength, increased flexibility, breath control and proper body alignment to improve posture. Each class is different to insure that the body is challenged in new ways, but simple choreography and clear instruction makes this class accessible to both beginners or those who exercise regularly.

Water Fitness
Add a low-impact, high-energy exercise to your fitness routine that takes advantage of water's natural resistance to build strength.

Yoga
An exercise discipline that dates back to ancient India, yoga involves moving the body through a series of positions and stretches, while focusing on breathing or specific thoughts. The practice delivers unique and vital benefits, which include increased energy levels, lower blood pressure, improved memory, better balance and sense of calm.

Low Impact Strength and Core
This is a full body strengthening class typically comprised of dumbbells and mats, but sometimes also spiced up with resistance bands, kettlebells, step benches, etc. This class often serves as a great option for active older adults, people who are recovering from injuries, or anyone who is newer to strength training!

Step Circuit
A quality interval step course that uses a variety of different routines for a full body workout with low impact and intensity.
