Our classes welcome everyone, regardless of fitness level or yoga experience. The whole system of
yoga is built on three main structures: exercise, breathing and meditation. Your instructor will guide you in connecting mind, body and breath
using a sequence of physical movements and postures, plus breathing techniques for a clear, bright mind and a strong, capable body.

Maybe you're new to exercise. Perhaps you're recovering from an injury or surgery or simply want a gentler approach to fitness. That's where these classes enter the picture. Our Group Fitness Instructors will customize each class according to its participants' needs. Indoor cycling utilizes stationary bikes to focus on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and
recovery. Instructors simulate hill-climbing, sprints, and races for a fantastic cardiovascular workout. Get prepared for the workout of your life.

Perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Pilates is a mat-based, full-body experience focused on the principles of core muscular strength, increased flexibility,
breath control and proper body alignment to improve posture. Each class is different to insure that the body is challenged in new ways, but simple
choreography and clear instruction makes this class accessible to both beginners or those who exercise regularly.
