At the YMCA, we are committed to doing our part to reduce infant mortality and eliminate racial disparities in Franklin County.
Our Community Health Team works primarily with families who are expecting or have infants under the age of one, to make sure they have the resources necessary to help strengthen families and reduce maternal stress.

- Formula & baby supplies
- Home visiting services
- Parent support groups
- Medical care
- Counseling
