Check out the Gahanna /John E Bickley YMCA for your next party! We offer packages that include a party room, indoor/outdoor swimming with an indoor slide, gym time, bounce house fun. Open to members and non-members.

General Information

1.) All inquiries for birthday party reservations should be go through the REQUEST A RENTAL link on this webpage. Inquiries need to be made a minimum of 3 weeks before the date requested. 
2.) All parties must be paid in full at the time of final scheduling. A 50% refund will be given if the event is cancelled within two weeks of the event date. After two weeks, no refunds will be issued.
3.) All party participants are restricted to rental areas only and minors must be directly supervised at all times. Pool rentals require special ratios for chaperones. Adults may be required to be in the pool with children.  
4.) All party participants must adhere to all general YMCA policies and procedures, including the YMCA Code of Conduct and Pool Policies.
5.) Fees are based on the Renter being a Member or Non-Member, not the participants.
6.) All party reservations for more than 20 total guests must automatically book a larger party room for and additional $25.00/2hrs above the normal birthday party packages. Rentals scheduled for after hours will be charged an additional fee.
7.) We only offer one time rentals, we do not offer continuous weekly/monthly rentals to outside organizations. 
8.) We do not offer gym rentals to outside sports teams wishing to practice at the YMCA.

RESERVATIONS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AFTERNOONS. 

Fees

Room Only Party

$150.00 / Members
$250.00 / Non-Members 
Includes room rental for two hours. Prices listed are for up to 15 participants/20 total guests. $5.00 for each additional participant.

After Hours Fees-There will be an additional fee for any parties reserved outside of YMCA operating hours.
 

Pool Party

$225.00 / Members
$325.00 / Non-Members 
Includes swimming for one hour and room rental for two hours, which includes the one hour of swimming. Prices listed are for up to 15 participants/20 total guests. $5.00 for each additional participant.

Swim time is based on non-exclusive use of the pool. Swimming test required for all swimmers prior to using the indoor water slide or deep end. Swimmers under 6yrs old must remain within arms reach of an adult in the water. Children must be at least 48” to use the indoor water slide. The YMCA will make every effort to open the indoor water slide during normally scheduled times but cannot guarantee availability due to mandated swimmer-lifeguard ratios. Guaranteed indoor water slide time is available for an additional $25.00/hr and can be scheduled between 12:00-4:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays only. A minimum of 2-weeks advanced notice is required to guarantee indoor water slide time.

Additional fees may apply for extra lifeguards.
 

Gym Party

$175.00 / Members
$275.00 / Non-Members 
Includes gym time for one hour and room rental for two hours, which includes the one hour of gym time. Prices listed are for up to 15 participants/20 total guests. $5.00 for each additional participant. Gym time is based on non-exclusive use of the gymnasium.
