Youth conditioning teaches kids how to safely use the cardiovascular machines structure workout routines, safety & gym etiquette. Iron teens teaches teens how to safely use the cardiovascular and strength machines, structure workout routines, safety & gym etiquette, & more.

About the Program - Youth Conditioning

After completing the class, youth will be permitted to use the fitness center with active adult supervision. Because the Y aims to teach youth the importance of reliability and honoring commitments, 100% attendance is mandatory.

WHO? This class is for members 9-11 years old

WHAT? Four, 30 minute sessions with a wellness coach

About the Program - Iron Teens

After completing the program, teens will be permitted to use the fitness center without adult supervision. Because the Y aims to teach youth & teens the importance of reliability and honoring commitments, 100% attendance is mandatory. To successfully complete the program, participants must past a test at the end with a 75% or greater.
