Basketball

Dance
Classes are offered to ages 2-18 and include ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, baton and extraordinary dance classes for those with special needs. Additionally, we have events and sessions all year round! Offerings vary based on branch and season, so be sure to check the schedule to see our current and upcoming classes.
Gymnastics
Our gymnastics classes are based on the National YMCA Progressive Gymnastics Program. Children to have fun while learning gymnastics skills, lifetime skills such as goal setting, safety, self-discipline, and self-confidence, and YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
Swimming & Swim Team
The YMCA has long been America’s favorite swimming instructor. Whether just learning how to swim, improving strokes, swimming competitively or taking water exercise classes, members are in safe hands with our certified swimming instructors and lifeguards.
Youth Conditioning
This class teaches kids how to safely use the cardiovascular and strength equipment, structure and safe stretching techniques, as well as safety information and rules for the fitness center.

Iron Teens
It's important to know how to take care of your body. Learning how to stay fit when you're young means that it will be easier to stay healthy for the rest of your life. That's why we offer Iron Teens, a program that teaches youth how to safely use cardiovascular and strength machines, structure a workout, techniques for spotting, workout etiquette, and more!
Martial Arts
The practice of martial arts promotes cardiovascular development, strength training, flexibility improvement and mobility enhancement. In the course of a single martial arts training session of 30 to 45 minutes, a person can engage in exercises that incorporate cardiovascular capacity improvement and strength development, along with better flexibility and joint mobility.
