YMCA360 Schedules & Reservations Walkthrough

 

  1. Open the YMCA360 app (first-time users: create your account here). 
     
  2. From the Home screen, tap the purple “My Schedule” box. 
     
  3. Apply your preferences through tapping the filter button (location, name, category, etc), and select the blue “Apply Filter” button at the bottom.
     
  4. Use the arrows before and after the date stamp along the top of the schedule, to move through days; scroll up and down to view the current day’s offerings,
     
  5. Tap the blue “Reserve” button on the class you would like to reserve; remember- if there is no blue Reserve button, the class is either not requiring or not yet accepting reservations. *Remember- for Group Fitness, class reservation windows open 72 hours in advance of the class start time.
     
  6. When the class has been reserved a bar will appear at the top of the screen that indicates “Successfully Reserved Spot.” An email will be sent to you at this time confirming your reservation.
     
  7. Should you need to cancel the reservation, you would do so on this screen as well using the blue “Cancel” button; a cancellation email will then be sent to you.
     

Once you arrive at the YMCA, check in at the Welcome Desk and enjoy your reserved activity!

  1. Log into your account on our Daxko platform.  
     
  2. Select Schedule a Visit under the Activities menu on the top right.  
     
  3. Follow the steps to choose your YMCA, the child or children on your membership and the date and time for your reservation.
