Registration Information Checklist
NOTE: During testing, we discovered that phones—regardless of brand—are not compatible with our new software system. We encourage you to complete the registration using a desktop or laptop computer.
PLEASE NOTE: In the how to guide below, the information is a sample, please enter your child's school district, your elementary school and your child/children personal and medical information, not what is shown on the screenshots.
NOTE: Once you complete your paperwork, the system DOES take you back to your account/ cart to pay the registration fee.
Registration vs. Forms Completion:
- When you complete your registration, you will receive an email from donotreply@learning-circle.org stating, “Thank you for completing your YMCA registration forms for [child’s name].” This email is only a notification that your forms have been submitted—it does not confirm that your registration went through and your spot has been reserved.
- Final Confirmation Email YOUR ARE IN NEED OF THE EMAIL BELOW TO have a spot reserved not the one above!
- The confirmation that your registration is complete, your registration fee has been paid, and your spot is reserved will come from donotreply@daxko.com. This email, with the subject "Registration Confirmation" and a summary of payments, is the email you must receive and is proof of your completed registration.

YMCA Financial Assistance
We welcome all who wish to participate. No one should be denied access to our program based on their ability to pay. Through our Annual Campaign, the YMCA of Central Ohio provides financial assistance to families based on individual needs and circumstance.
